PROBLEMTires wear out quickly due to hard stalks in heavy no-till conditions.
The Stalk Destroyer slams hardy stalks to the ground just prior to the wheel’s arrival, saving the tires from early destruction.
Currently fits JD 1770 and newer mounted or pull type planters; more makes and models in the works; patent pending.
You can see where stalks wore off the paint on the
planter prior to Stalk Destroyer installation.
Its torsion axle allows the Stalk Destroyer full back-and-forth flexibility, stomping down all stalks upon contact without get-ting hung up in ditches or over terraces.
