WORKSHOPS TERMS AND CONDITIONS,

CURRICULUM AND THE ROAD AHEAD

I. MUTUAL INTENT

A. It is hereby declared that the mutual intent of all parties in exercising their sole and exclusive

unalienable rights, as a participant and/or a member, hereby irrevocably agree in their absolute

private capacity and standing, to strive to maintain, interact, and live in a constant state of self

responsibility, accountability, unlimited liability, and absolutely in a perpetual treaty of peace .

Furthermore, all parties hereby declare that the intent in all matters public and private shall

not waive or diminish the mutual intent to live in a constant state of peace and harmony with

our fellow men and women in covenant with our Creator.

B. All participants and members hereby agree to regularly meet, share, and act in honor in all

matters to the best of their knowledge, belief, and intent.

C. All participants and members hereby declare to exercise all matter and method to settle any

issues, disputes, or conflict in an absolute peaceful manner without engaging in any

enforcement by force in the preservation and retention of all unalienable rights, rights to

property, title, interest, and absolute freedom in their property and papers, ab initio, in toto.

D. Each participant/member hereby agrees that they have chosen by their own free will act and deed

to be an involved party and such consideration and participation is absolutely absent of any

material representation, coercion or duress, undue influence, fraud, or mistake. It is the mutual

desire and intention of all parties to give their best efforts to learn, grow, and live with the spiritual,

self responsible, accountable, and liable and unalloyed to all acts as a participant and/or member

unselfishly knowing we are all one in the eyes of our Creator. “The actions of one can affect the

many…We are all one”

II. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Welcome. Those who choose to participate do so with the understanding, free will, private act and

deed, in their private, unincorporated, noncommercial capacity, and assume all responsibility and

unlimited liability in any and all use of the material gathered in these workshops ab initio, in toto.

Absolutely no invitation or consideration will be given to any commercial or governmental agency,

agent, department, franchise, or otherwise in the administration or enforcement of any conflict or

dispute. All participants jointly and severally, understand and claim no nexus whatsoever to the

corporate, commercial, franchise, private and public/for profit/not nonprofit or otherwise for

enforcement or settlement of your private choice and freewill act and deed to participate

whatsoever, ever. Any disputes or conflict in the use of the materials gathered, do so by free will act

and deed of all parties and mutually agree that all disputes will be settled privately within the

private, unincorporated, mutual benefit, fraternal society, ministry, hereinafter known as, “Just

Ducky Societies”;

B. The following curriculum and those of you who choose to participate in this journey of discovery,

by the unveiling of the truth and understanding by research, and in your interactive participation

in the application of the rights and remedies, that have been hidden within the code and statutes, do

so with the absolute understanding and full responsibility and liability for everything presumed,

implied, stated no matter whether spoken or expressed ab initio, in toto;

C. Your donation for the initial workshop includes the purchase and delivery of an external hard

drive, which meets the resiliency requirements of military specifications for shock, water, and dust

resistance. It requires no additional power requirements other than a USB Port. The cost for this

device including shipping and handling from Amazon is approximately $100. As we partner in this

journey a tremendous amount of information, research reference material, and proprietary

documents will be provided’; thereby we are providing everyone a uniform method of archiving

this information. More details will be explained in the workshop;

D. All parties by their private, unalienable capacity, hereinafter as “Offeror”, and by their offering of

any donations to Just Ducky Societies as the sole and exclusive acceptor, hereinafter “Acceptor”, of

any donations, Offeror forever waives any and all benefits and privileges for dispute or conflict

resolution, to any other foreign entity to Acceptor, and irrevocably agree to hold harmless all

participants, members, or otherwise engaged in any activities of Just Ducky Societies;

E. No party shall claim any value whatsoever, nor define any established or par value of Federal

Reserve Notes, United States Treasury Notes, or any other fiat currency, and place no value in

anything other than lawful money (i.e pre-1933 US Minted silver or gold coin 90% pure or better)

as a valuable consideration, whatsoever ever in the offering of any donations, and the acceptance by

Just Ducky Societies;

F. Offeror hereby declares with sincere intent to uphold all terms and conditions herein and shall

maintain and forever hold the absolute, private, proprietary and confidentiality of all shared

material to accepted participants and members only, of Just Ducky Societies and the like, and shall

not copy, distribute, or sell any of the material in whole or in part to anyone that is not an accepted

participant or member of Just Ducky Societies or it’s scheduled curriculum.

G. All Offerors/Participants/Members, hereby fully understand and agree, that in the event that you,

or Just Ducky Societies choose to quit or terminate your participation and membership, that you

will maintain the private, proprietary and confidential nature, including but not limited to,

information, private business, management or otherwise and shall not copy, distribute, or sell any

material whatsoever provided by the participants and members of Just Ducky Societies, as it is the

sole and exclusive property of Just Ducky Societies, its participants, and members;

III. CURRICULUM AND THE ROAD AHEAD

A. The curriculum will be based upon the construction, implementation, and enforcement of private

contract and trust law in the exhaustion of all private administrative remedies.

B. We will begin the journey together to realize and understand that:

1. “We virtually have no consistent rights or remedies in court, and if you choose to go to court

more than 90% of the time you have lost before you start ”;

2. “All law is contract”;

3. “There are 3 basic elements in a simple contract”;

4. “The nature of the law is in the body of the contract”;

5. “The declaration of the consideration offered in a contract sets the subject matter

jurisdiction of said contract”.

6. “The place of the contract governs the act.”

7. “The declared money, however defined, is the law form within the contract”;

8. “All law is created, administered, and enforced by trust and all unilateral contracts are

prima facie evidence that the signatory is the trustee/fiduciary for that contract unless

trustee/fiduciary is declared to be incompetent in his/her fiduciary responsibilities and

administration of that estate or trust”;

9. “All parties that face jail or prison are adjudicated for one reason; being in breach of trust”;

10. “Your ignorance of contract and trust law is the source and result of your demise in civil

law”;

11. “You are your enslaver and victimizer”;

12. “You have no rights or remedies under the organic or subsequent commercial Constitution

regardless of whether it is state/State or federal/Federal constitutions by the mere fact that

you have contracted into a trust that must be collapsed and all obligations of said trust must

be satisfied before you can ever get to any rights or remedies of any Constitution

whatsoever”;

13. “There are 5 elements that provide the remedy to rescind, revoke, annul, cancel, and

extinguish all contracts, nunc pro tunc, in toto”;

14. “All your remedies lie in the mastery of contract law and the enforcement through negative

averment affidavit”; and,

15. “It will be explained why all those who have attempted remedy by negative averment

affidavit and have not realized resolution due to lack of the teeth in their enforcement of said

affidavits”;

A. Negative Averment Affidavit and the enforcement thereof, if created, written, and served properly,

can provide remedy; and,

1. “Until the exhaustion of private administrative remedy has been accomplished no court can

hear, administer, or enforce, any judgment whatsoever ”;

2. “Establishes and the record for any potential future court actions”;

3. “No corporation, municipality, government agent, agency, department, franchise,

association, office, officer, judge, attorney, employee, contractor, or any other entity hiding

behind their limited liability and corporate immunity can swear under oath by affidavit,

point-by-point in counter affidavit, true, correct, and complete under penalty of perjury, with

firsthand personal knowledge of the facts in any charge or claim, as an injured party, real

party-in interest, holder-due-course, without being personally and privately responsible for

everything stated, claimed, or otherwise”;

4. “That by acquiescence, all fictional entities by their pseudo binding/authority by any living

being hiding behind that corporate/governmental immunity, tacitly agree to the terms,

conditions, as properly outlined in a well constructed negative averment affidavit, and by the

conditions precedent within said affidavit become the full force and effect of everything

stated, claimed, or otherwise as your only form of right, remedy, and resolution available to

you” in a world of fiction;

Together we will connect the missing dots in the rights and remedies that have alluded, injured,

imprisoned, and killed so many of our countrymen by their lack of understanding, and lack of full

disclosure by the very people that have been elected and appointed as trustees of the people, complicit in

their moral, lawful, and legal administration of their duties, that they voluntarily agreed to uphold,

including but not limited to, the peace, protection, rights and remedies of the true sovereigns of this

land.

Please join hands with your brother and sisters in a focused, well-informed, peacefully intended

administration of the unalienable rights of every man and woman and child born and unborn for

generations to come as the unalloyed natural right bestowed upon us by our Creator.

If you choose to participate with us, Just Ducky Societies requests and mandates, that you leave,

including but not limited to all forms of judgment regarding age, race, gender, physical characteristics,

any manner of dress, status or stature within the community, and religious or spiritual preferences at

the door. Furthermore, dismiss all ego, conflict, attitudes and personalities , that we might mutually

agree to combine all creativity, mindful thought, and resources, looking for the solution not the blame

for resolution of any and all dispute or conflict, by mutually and severally working together, to form and

live by example, and to create by best efforts, the constituency of the masses of like-minded living beings

to form a harmonious and self-sustaining community, a community by which others will follow our lead.

By filling out the attached form all participating parties jointly and severally agree to the terms and

conditions as they are expressed herein.

Ongoing and regular workshops by Just Ducky Societies, its participants and members, will be provided

upon the offer and request of participants and members, and all participants and members agree to a

non-refundable donation of minimum 75 FRN’s (Federal Reserve Notes, Parity or Par Value Unknown)

per party, or 100 FRN’s (Federal Reserve Notes, Parity or Par Value Unknown) per couple per full day

workshop, plus any mutually agreed expenses (i.e. external hard drives, printed material, etc. after

YOUR initial workshop.
