Be�ng aware of these customer demands, producers have started to work to fulfill these suppl�es. S�nce consumers know that they can not understand the �ngred�ents by only look�ng at the label of a product, they w�sh to confirm w�th halal cert�ficat�on system �f products they buy apply to the rules of health and the�r bel�efsUnt�l recently, �t was perce�ved that product�on of halal cert�fied food products was a need for non-Musl�m countr�es, but the fact that borders between countr�es d�sappear econom�cally due to the qu�ck and �ntegrated r�se of global bus�nesses and product l�nes and also usage of s�m�lar �ngred�ents �n Musl�m countr�es has made halal cert�ficat�on a necess�ty �n Musl�m countr�es too. Halal cert�ficat�on has gone beyond brand value �n many fields rang�ng from cloth�ng, tour�sm, food, toys, cosmet�cs to bank�ng etc. Halal sector, wh�ch can reach 25% of the populat�on represent�ng Musl�ms and wh�ch �s an economy worth almost 2.3 tr�ll�on dollars (exclud�ng the Islam�c finance), has also seen a rap�d grow �n Turkey.Projected under the purpose of creat�ng awareness for the consumpt�on of halal food as well as healthy, and organ�sed for the second t�me World Halal Summ�t Istanbul a�ms to put the actors �n the �ndustry the�r well-deserved places. The summ�t w�ll take place �n Lutfi K�rdar Congress Center between 15-17 December, 2016. Th�s huge project, wh�ch also �ncludes the seventh Halal Expo Fa�r and Halal Workshop, a�ms to be the first lead�ng event �n halal �ndustry w�th the contr�but�on of Turk�sh halal cert�ficat�on foundat�ons and related m�n�str�es. Along w�th Turkey; experts and prom�nent speakers and compan�es -wh�ch can e�ther open stands or part�c�pate �n the events w�th purchas�ng departments-from Malays�a, Iran, Indones�a, Netherlands, Ch�na, South Korea, Tha�land, France, Germany and Saud Arab�a w�ll part�c�pate �n the World Halal Summ�t Istanbul, the only event �n the sector.
