PAY-TO-VIEW FEATURES

• Pack Network handles all setup, credit card processing, customer support, content delivery and hosting

• Includes construction and maintenance of a .tv website dedicated to all video offerings of the service (typically the .tv equivalent of the partner’s .com site)

• Revenue is shared based on length of contract, typically 50-50 split for a one-year term, 60 percent to the partner for multi-year agreements

• Flexible startup terms; partners may use their share of the service proceeds to pay for initial equipment
