Subcommittees + 2 Conference Subcommittees Proposed Format: 1 Chart For Each TC/Subcommittee With Backup Materials
(From Dedicated TC/SC Meetings) Linked In As Necessary
• Eliminate Redundant Reporting Of Information By Assigning Specific Responsibility For Discussion Of EachTopic
• Create Time For Special Topics, Guest Speakers, Etc.• Allow Use Of Identical Charts In Different Venues (i.e. P&E Group Meeting &
ABP Dinner Meeting)• Action: Review Proposed Standardized Format And Provide
