Why?
Thoughtful feedback provides the program with insight as to what is working well, as well as
areas which can still be improved.
Provides Peer Leaders an opportunity to:
•Reflect on their experience as a Peer Leader
•Ways in which they can improve as a PL
•Reflect on the students’ experiences in the LC
What?

improve
Mention how the process
could be continued
throughout the quarter
Reflect on ability to
successfully plan and
implement the activity
Share any concerns or questions
they still have about the activity or
other aspects of Peer Leading
HOW?
I’m still confused
Every LC meeting time requires an attendance sheet
What if I forget an attendance sheet?
•Have your students sign a notebook piece of paper, attach it to an attendance sheet with the date, and check off all students who attended on official sheet
Yes, even if it is canceled… we need documentation.
•Print out attendance sheet, write canceled and turn in to PLC @ the PL meeting time
Does every LC meeting time requires a Planning Sheet?
Do your planning sheet before the LC meeting
When do I turn all of this in?
• Not until week 8, BUT bring them to PL meetings and to 1 on 1s with PLCs so we can check your progress
