มลนธสแตนเลยประเทศไทย กอตงขนเมอ วนท 29 ตลาคม 2536 ดวยทนจดทะเบยน 200,000.- บาท โดยความอนเคราะหของ บรษท ไทยสแตนเลยการไฟฟา จ ากด (มหาชน) และ บรษท เอเชยน สแตนเลย อนเตอรเนชนแนล จ ากด บรจาคเงนเพอเปนทนจดทะเบยน โดยมวตถประสงค ดงน

1. ใหการสงเสรมดานการศกษาในทกระดบ, โดยเฉพาะอยางยง การใหทนการศกษา และอปกรณ การศกษา 2. ใหการสงเสรมดานวฒนธรรม และความเขาใจอนดในระหวาง วฒนธรรมของชาตตาง ๆ 3. ใหการสงเสรม ดานการพทกษ และปรบปรงสงแวดลอมของประเทศ

AND OBJECTIVE ARE AS FOLLOWS 1. TO PROMOTE EDUCATION AT ALL LEVEL, PARTICULARLY SCHOLARSHIPS AND EDUCATIONAL EQUIPMENT. 2. TO PROMOTE CULTURE AND CREATE GOOD UNDERSTANDING AMONG THE VARIOUS CULTURES OF NATIONS.

3. TO PORMOTE PROTECTION AND CONSERVATIONS OF THE ENVIRONMENT IN THE COUNTRY.

ในรอบปทผานมา มลนธสแตนเลยประเทศไทยยงคงด าเนนกจกรรมตามวตถประสงค เพอสนบสนน

การศกษา และพฒนาสงคมทองถนอยางตอเนองเชนทกปทผานมา อนไดแกกจกรรมสนบสนนการศกษา อาท การมอบทนการศกษาแกนกเรยนสถาบนการศกษาในเขตจงหวดปทมธานและเขตจงหวดนครราชสมา การมอบหนงสอและอปกรณการกฬาส าหรบโรงเรยนและชมชนในเขตจงหวดปทมธาน สนบสนนการจดประกวดโครงงานวทยาศาสตร รวมถงกจกรรมสาธารณะประโยชนอนๆ เชน มอบของใชจ าเปนส าหรบผ ปวยในวดพระบาทน าพ ศนยเดกเลกในจงหวดปทมธาน สมาคมรวมปญญาคนพการ

ส าหรบแผนงานในป 2559 น ทางมลนธสแตนเลยจะยงคงด าเนนกจกรรมอยางตอเนอง เพอสนบสนนการศกษาและพฒนาสงคมทองถน

In the past year, the Stanley Foundation has continually operated by the stated objectives and has expanded more activities to cover the wider range as the following details; the education supporting activities such as providing scholarships to students of institutes in Pathumthanee Province, Nakornratchasima Province, donating the books and sports equipment to school in Pathumthanee Province, promoting science project, and organization supporting various activities; such as giving necessary accessories to patient at Watprabutnampu, Child Center, Ruamphanya Person Lame Association.

The Stanley Foundation will continue operating all activities and expanding the frame of activities in order to support and develop our society.

Finally, the Foundation would like to take this opportunity to extend my warmest sincere thanks to those who has been kindly donated to us, as well as those who always give us the good support and advice through all these years, and also the sub committee that push all effort along this year. 1. พธมอบทนการศกษาประจ าป 2558 ในวนท 3 ธนวาคม 2558 มลนธฯ ไดจดพธมอบทนการศกษาประจ าป 2558 ณ บรษท ไทยสแตนเลยการไฟฟา จ ากด (มหาชน) โดยมนกเรยนไดรบทนจ านวน 983 คน จาก 24 สถาบนการศกษาในเขตจงหวดปทมธาน รวมมลคาทนการศกษา 900,000 บาท และในวนท 7 ธนวาคม 2558 ไดมอบทนการศกษาแกนกเรยนในเขตจงหวดนครราชสมา จ านวน 435 คน จาก 6 สถาบนการศกษา มลคาทนการศกษา 270,000 บาท ณ บรษท ศรวทย สแตนเลย จ ากด

Education 2015 Scholarship Ceremony Scholarship Ceremony for year 2014 held on December 3, 2015 at Thai Stanley Electric Public Company Limited. provided scholarship to 983 students from 24 educational institutions in Pathumthani total amount 900,000 baht. And on December 7, 2015 provided scholarship to 435 students from 6 educational instutions in Nakornratchasima total amount 270,000 baht at Sirivit – Stanley Co.,Ltd.

2.นกเรยนโครงการ Outshining Fund ประจ าป 2558 มลนธฯ ไดคดเลอกนกเรยนโครงการ Outshining Fund ประจ าป 2558 จ านวน 2 คน คอ 1.นางสาวโสภตา เอยมจย โรงเรยนเตรยมอดมศกษาพฒนาการ ปทมธาน 2.นางสาวสธดา พงษสาท โรงเรยนหอวง ปทมธาน ปจจบนมนกเรยนในโครงการทงสน 28 คน และมนกเรยนทนป 2548จบการศกษาระดบปรญญาตร 1 คน คอ นางสาวยอดธดา ขวญชย จบการศกษาจากคณะศลปศาสตร มหาวทยาลยธรรมศาสตร จงหวดปทมธาน ไดเขารบพระราชทานปรญญาบตรเมอเดอนพฤษภาคม 2558

2015 Outshining Fund Scholarship The Outshining Fund student for year 2015 are 2 person as 1. Sopita Eim - Juy from Triem Udomsuksapattanakarn Pathumthani school 2. Sutida Phongsart from Howang Pathumthani school and now students in this project are 28 person and student in year 2005 was graduated from university 1 person as Ms.Yodthida Kwanchai graduted Bachelor of Arts from Thammasart University, was receipt bachelor certificate in May 2015

3. สนบสนนโครงการวทยาศาสตร STANLEY SCIENCE CONTEST ครงท 15 ในวนท 13 กมภาพนธ 2558 มลนธฯ ไดใหการสนบสนน โรงเรยนคณะราษฎรบ ารงปทมธาน จดการประกวดโครงงานวทยาศาสตร ระดบประถมศกษา และ ระดบมธยมศกษาตอนตน Stanley Science Contest ครงท 15 เพอสงเสรมการใชโครงงานวทยาศาสตร เปนกจกรรมหนงของการเรยนการสอน โดยมนกเรยนระดบประถมศกษาและระดบมธยมศกษา ในเขตภาคกลางและภาคตะวนออกเขารวมเปนจ านวนมาก โดยมลนธสนบสนนถวยรางวลและเงนรางวล มลคา 150,000 บาท Sponsored in Stanley Science Contest No.15 On February 13, 2015 STF sponsored Kanarajbamrung Pathumthani School in organizing " Stanley Science Contest No.15 " for promote science project to be an education activities in primary school and secondary school level in the middle and east zone. STF supported the trophies and prizes amount 150,000 baht.

4. สนบสนนการแขงขนหนยนต ประจ าป 2558 มลนธฯ สนบสนนเงนชวยเหลอสมาคมสงเสรมเทคโนโลย ไทย-ญป น) (สสท) ส าหรบการแขงขนหนยนต ส.ส.ท.ชงแชมปประเทศไทย เปนจ านวนเงน 100,000 บาท ในเดอนมถนายน 2558 Sponsored in 2015 TPA Robot Contest In June , 2015 STF Sponsored Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) amount 100,000 baht in organize “TPA Robot Contest”

5.กจกรรมมอบหนงสอส าหรบหองสมด ประจ าป 2558 ในเดอนธนวาคม 2558 – มกราคม 2559 มลนธฯ ไดมอบหนงสอส าหรบหองสมดแกโรงเรยน แก สถาบนการศกษาและ สวนการปกครองทองถน ในเขตจงหวดปทมธาน และ จงหวดนครราชสมา รวมจ านวน 96 แหง รวมมลคาทงสน 581,954 บาท 2015 books for Library activity. In December 2015 - January 2016 STF gave books for library to 96 schools and Office of subdistrict in Pathuthani and Nakornrachasrima area total amount 581,954 Baht.

6. มอบอปกรณดานการศกษา

ในเดอนมกราคม 2559 มลนธไดมอบรถจกรยาน จ านวน 300

คน แก 30 โรงเรยนในเขตจงหวดปทมธาน มลคารวมทงสน 400,000

บาท และรวมกบบรษท ลาวสแตนเลย จ ากด มอบชดเครองเขยนและ

อปกรณกฬาแก 2 โรงเรยนในเขตเวยงจนทน ประเทศ สปป ลาว

In January 2016 STF gave the bicycle 300 sets to 30

schools in Pathumthani total amount 400,000 Baht, and with

Lao Stanley Co.,Ltd. To donated stationaries set and sport

equipment to 2 school in Vientiane , Lao P.D.R.

สาธารณะประโยชนอน ๆ 1. มอบถงขยะแกสวนปกครองทองถน จ.ปทมธาน ในเดอนกมภาพนธ 2558 มลนธมอบถงขยะ ขนาดบรรจ 240 ลตร แก เทศบาลต าบลบานกลาง เทศบาลต าบลคขวาง และ อบต.สวนพรกไทย มลคา 57,491 บาท Gave the garbage to the municipality in Pathumthani. On February 2015, STF gave the garbage size contain 240 liter to Banklang Municipality , Kukwang Municipality and Suanprikthai Office of Subdistrict Administration Organization , Pathumthani amount 57,491 baht

3.มอบของใชจ าเปนแก สมาคมรวมปญญาคนพการ จ.นนทบร ในเดอนตลาคม 2558 มลนธฯ ไดมอบของใชจ าเปน ไดแก น ายาเดทตอล ผงซกฟอก แปง สบ ยาสพน และ ขาวสาร ส าหรบเดกพการทางสมอง สมาคมรวมปญญาคนพการ จ.นนทบร มลคา 40,182 บาท Gave the necessary accessories to Ruamphanya Person Lame Association, Nontaburi. On October 2015, STF gave the necessary accessories such as Dettol , powdered detergent , powder , soap , dentifrice and rice for lame children at Ruamphanya Person Lame Association , Nontaburi amount 40,182 baht

Other 2. มอบสงของใชจ าเปนส าหรบเดก แก ศนยพฒนาเดกเลก จ.ปทมธาน ในเดอนพฤษภาคม 2557 มลนธฯ ไดมอบเครองใชไฟฟา และของใชส าหรบเดก แก ศนยพฒนาเดกเลกวดนพรตน และ ศนยพฒนาเดกเลกต าบลสวนพรกไทย ศนยพฒนาเดกเลกบานบอทอง จ.ปทมธาน รวมมลคา 116,330 บาท Gave necessary accessories to children at Child Center , Pathumthani On May 2014 STF gave electric equipment and necessary accessories for children to Nopparat Child Center , Suan prik thai and Banboathong Child Center , Pathumthani amount 116,330 baht.

4. มอบของใชจ าเปนส าหรบผปวยโรคเอดส วดพระบาทน าพ จ.ลพบร ในเดอนตลาคม 2558 มลนธฯ ไดมอบ น ายาเดทตอล , ขาวสาร , เครองปรงรส และของใชจ าเปนส าหรบผ ปวยโรคเอดส วดพระบาทน าพ มลคา 99,230 บาท โดยพนกงานกลมสแตนเลยรวมบรจาคเงนและสงของดวย Gave necessary accessories to AIDS patients Activity On October 2015 STF gave necessary accessories such as Dettol , rice , sauces and other necessary accessories for AIDS patient at Watprabatnampu , Lopburi province amount 99,230 baht , Stanley Group Associates donated money and the necessaries too.

Auditors' report To the board of directors of Stanley Thailand Foundation I have audited the accompanying financial statements of Stanley Thailand Foundation, which comprise the statement of financial position as at January 31,2015 and related statement of revenues and expenditure, statement of changes in fund balance for the year then ended, and a summary of significant accounting policies and other explanatory notes. Management’s Responsibility for the Financial Statements Management is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of these financial statement in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards for Non-Publicly Accountable Entities, and for such internal control as management determines is necessary to enable the preparation of financial statements that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error. Auditor’s Responsibility My responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on my audit. I conducted my audit in accordance with the Statement on Auditing, Those standards require that I comply with ethical requirements and plan and perform the audit t obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free from material misstatement. An audit involves performing procedures to obtain audit evidence about the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements. The procedures selected depend on the auditor’s judgment, including the assessment of the risks of material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error. In making those risk assessments, the auditor considers internal control relevant to the entity’s preparation and fair presentation of the financial statements in order to design audit procedures that are appropriate in the circumstances, but not for the purpose of expressing an opinion on the effectiveness of the entity’s internal control. An audit also includes evaluating the appropriateness of accounting policies used and the reasonableness of accounting estimate made by management, as well as evaluating the overall presentation of the financial statements. I believe that the audit evidence I have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for my audit opinion. Opinion In my opinion, the financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Stanley Thailand Foundation as at January 31, 2014 and the financial performance for the year then ended in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards for Non- Publicly Accountable Entities. 1. Description of the Foundation Stanley Thailand Foundation ("the Foundation) was established on October 29,1993 as a non profit making organization with its objectives as follows : - To promote education at all levels, particularly scholarships and educational equipment. - To promote culture and create good understanding among the various cultures of nations. - To promote protection and conservations of the environment in the country. - To provide assistance to the needy and the poor particularly when facing disasters. - To participate in activities in the interests of the public or to engage in cooperation in charity with other organizations in the interests of the public. 2. Accounting policy 2.1 Basis of preparation The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the accounting standards prescribed by Thai Accounts Act enunciated under the Accounting Profession Act B.E. 2547 By complying with the financial reporting standards for Non- Publicly Accountable Entities. The accounting principles applied may differ from the accounting principles adopted in other country and jurisdictions. The accompanying financial statements are therefore not intended to present the financial position and results of operations and cash flows in accordance with jurisdictions other than Thailand. Consequently, these financial statements are not addressed to those who are not informed about Thai accounting standards and practices. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention except as disclosed in the accounting policies below. For the convenience of the user, an English translation of the financial statements has been prepared from the statutory financial statements that are issued in the Thai language.

มลนธสแตนเลย ประเทศไทย Stanley Thailand Foundation หมายเหตประกอบงบการเงน - วนท 31 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2559 และ Notes to the financial statements - January 31,2016 and พ.ศ. 2558 2015 2.2 รายได งบการเงนของมลนธฯ ไดจดท าขนโดยใชเกณฑคงคาง รายได จากเงนบรจาครบจะบนทกบญชเมอไดรบจากผสนบสนน 2.3 เงนสดและรายการเทยบเทาเงนสด เงนสดและรายการเทยบเทาเงนสด ประกอบดวย เงนสดในมอ และ เงนฝากสถาบนการเงน ซงมอายครบก าหนดเมอทวงถาม โดยไมรวม รายการเงนฝากธนาคารทมภาระค าประกน 2.4 เงนลงทน มลนธไดจดประเภทเงนลงทนเปน 2 ประเภทคอ เงนลงทนทถอไวจน ครบก าหนด และเงนลงทนเผอขาย การจดประเภทเปนไปตามเปา หมายการลงทนทฝายบรหารตองการเมอไดมาซงเงนลงทนนน ฝาย บรหารก าหนดการจดประเภททเหมาะสมส าหรบเงนลงทน ณ เวลาท ลงทนและทบทวนการจดประเภทเปนปกตอยางสม าเสมอ เงนลงทน ทมเวลาครบก าหนดซงผบรหารตงใจแนวแนและมความสามารถถอไว จนครบก าหนดถกจดประเภทเปนเงนลงทนทถอไวจนครบก าหนดและ แสดงรวมอยในสนทรพยไมหมนเวยน เวนแตเปนเงนลงทนทจะครบ ก าหนดภายใน 12 เดอนนบตงแตวนทในงบแสดงฐานะการเงนจงจะ แสดงไวสนทรพยหมนเวยน เงนลงทนทจะถอไวทไมระบชวงเวลาทจะ ถอไวและอาจขายเมอตองการเสรมสภาพคลอง หรอเกดการเปลยนแปลง ในอตราดอกเบยถกจดประเภทเปนเงนลงทนเผอขาย และแสดงรวมอยใน สนทรพยไมหมนเวยน เวนแตฝายบรหารแสดงเจตจ านงเพอถอเงนลงทน นนไวนอยกวา 12 เดอนนบแตวนทในงบแสดงฐานะการเงนหรอเวนแต ฝายบรหารมความจ าเปนทตองขายเพอเพมเงนทนในการด าเนนงาน จงจะแสดง รวมอยในสนทรพยหมนเวยน ตนทนของเงนลงทนใหรวมถงตนทนการจดท ารายการเงนลงทน เงน ลงทนทถอไวจนครบก าหนดวดมลคาดวยวธราคาทนตดจ าหนายดวย วธอตราดอกเบยทแทจรง เงนลงทนเผอขายวดมลคาดวยมลคา ยตธรรม รายการก าไรและขาดทนทยงไมเกดขนจรงจากการเปลยน แปลงในมลคายตธรรมของเงนลงทนเผอขายจะรวมอยในสวนของเจา ของ มลคายตธรรมของเงนลงทนวดมลคาตามราคาเสนอซอทอางอง จากตลาดหลกทรพยแหงประเทศไทย ผลสะสมของมลคายตธรรมท เปลยนแปลงไปจะถกน าไปรวมอยในงบแสดงรายไดและคาใชจายเมอ ขายเงนลงทนเผอขายหรอเมอเกดการดอยคา โดยแสดงเปนรายการ ก าไรขาดทนจากเงนลงทน ในการจ าหนายเงนลงทน ผลตางระหวางสงตอบแทนสทธทไดรบการ จ าหนายเมอเปรยบเทยบกบราคาตามบญชของเงนลงทนนนจะบนทก รวมอยในงบแสดงรายไดและคาใชจาย เมอเงนลงทนทถอเปนชนด เดยวกนไดมการจ าหนายออกไปเพยงบางสวน ราคาตามบญชของเงน ลงทนทจ าหนายจะก าหนดโดยใชวธถวเฉลยถวงน าหนกของราคาตาม บญชจากจ านวนทงหมดทถอไว

2.2 Revenue The financial statements have been prepared on an accrual basis. Grants from contribution are recorded when received from contributors. 2.3 Cash and cash equivalent Cash and cash equivalent consist of cash and deposits at financial Institution with an original at call or less and excluded cash at Banks which are used for guarantee. 2.4 Investments Investments are classified into the following two categories: held-to maturity and available-for-sale investments. The classification is dependent on the purpose for which the investments were acquired. Management determines the appropriate classification of its investments at the time of the purchase and re-evaluates such designation on a regular basis. Investments with fixed maturity that the management has the intent and ability to hold to maturity are classified as held-to- maturity and are included in non-current assets, except for maturities within 12 months from the balance sheet date which are classified as current assets. Investments intended to be held for an indefinite period of time, which may be sold in response to liquidity needs or changes in interest rates, are classified as available-for-sale: and are included in non-current assets unless management has expressed the intention of holding the investment for less than12 months from the balance sheet date or unless they will need to be sold to raise operating capital, in which case they are include in current assets. Cost of investment includes transaction costs. Available-for-sale investments are subsequently carried at fair value. Held-to- maturity investments are carried at amortized cost using the effective yield method. Unrealized gains and losses arising from changes in the fair value of investments classified as available-for- sale are recognized in equity. The fair value of investments are based on quoted bid price by reference to the Stock Exchange of Thailand. When investments classified as available – for-sale are sold or impaired, the accumulated fair value adjustments are included in the statement of revenues and expenditure as gains and losses from investment in securities. On disposal of an investment, the difference between the net disposal proceeds and the carrying amount is charged or credited to the statement of revenues and expenditure. When disposing of part of the Foundation's holding of a particular investment, the carrying amount of the disposed part is determined by the weighted average carrying amount of the total holding of the investment.

2.5 Equipment Equipment is stated at historical cost less depreciation. Depreciation is calculated on the straight line method to write off the cost of each asset to their residual values over their estimated useful life for 5 years Where the carrying amount of an assets is greater than its estimated recoverable amount, it is written down immediately to its recoverable amount. Repairs and maintenance are charged to the statement of revenue and expenditure during the financial period in which they are incurred. The cost of major renovation is included in the carrying amount of the asset Gains and losses on disposals are determined by comparing proceeds with carrying amount and are included in operating profit
