Retroactive assistance needs to be selected for each individual member of the household interested in receiving it. The box for Medical Assistance must be checked along with retro month requested. If an individual applying for Medical Assistance does not wish to apply for retroactive coverage, they do not check any months for which to be considered for retroactive coverage. Note: The None option applies only to those who are NOT applying for any programs listed on the application. The None option does not pertain to retroactive medical assistance.
