Play is the main way in which children learn and develop. Starting Out offers lots of simple ideas and fun ways to play with your child.

The human brain is not fully developed at birth. A baby’s brain develops at an astonishing pace; from 25% of the fully-formed brain at birth, to 80% by the age of three.

Starting Out has lots of ideas on how to play with your child without having to spend money on expensive toys.

Here are some of the activities that are offered during Starting Out sessions.
