RESTORE THE GEA DOLLARS TAKEN OVER 5 YEARS- EX-PEDITE RATHER THAN SLOW DOWN THE RESTORA-TION!

GEA has lowered state aid OWED to WPSBA dis-tricts by 16% on average.

GEA = $408 Mil-lion of owed WPSBA State ed-ucation dollars has been re-allocated to balance NYS Bud-get.

Simultaneously, State-imposed fiscal demands continue to grow,DESPITE local tax levy cap without promised State mandate relief.
