On 1211-12 I resonded to the 11600 boc of Atantic Bvd to assist units cain for he with a feon sto

Upon my arriva I observed a female laying in the prone position on the roadway adacent to a white picuptruc The femae had bood a over her. I also observed the passenger of the truc slumped over and severaoicers pointing guns at the passenger Officers Kocs handcued the femae and assisted me in geing thefemae to a standing position Officer Kocs and Selers assisted me in handcuing and searching the femaewho was subsequenty detained in Oicer Seers patro car. Whie searching the femae I removed severalpieces of paper with various scripture and quotes from Boo of Cowan printed on them a of which werefoded into four groups. There was also two maeshi walets made from cardboard and had a website namenumbers and other misceaneous writing on them. One of the waets contained $256 and some otteryticets. The second walet contained the females Forida Drivers License insurance cards credit cards andother assorted card type items. There was aso a saes receipt from Academy Sports for ammunition dated1211-12 at 0925. The receipt was retained by Detective Stuci ran the tag dispayed on the truc FL526WTHand the femaes icense in order to verify her identity. then emaied the information to Officer SeersSereants Vandiver Carnes and Kenne as wel as Lieutenant Douber in case the ma need it.

At 1127 per the request of Detective Kuczowsi transpoed the femae to the Homicide Office for interview.At 1148 I paced the femae in an interview room aer the video equipment was staed Detective Kuczowsiresponded to the Homicide Office with a green jail uniform and a bag unch. I then escoed the femae into theadies room where she was afforded the oppounity to change out of her boody cothes into the ai uniform ancean the blood o of her. Detective Kuczowsi then interviewed the female. I was asked by DetectiveKuczowski to stand by unti a determination coud be made reardin the disosition of the femaesinvolvement in the incident.

At approximate 1650 escorted the femae to the restroom and afforded her the oortunit to utilize thefaciities.

At 1755 transpoed the femae to the PTDF per the request of Detectives Warentine and Smith who arrestedher for the chares of Carrin a Conceaed Firearm Main Written Threats to Kill and Fleein and Attemtinto Eude

1005 Detecive Sucki arrived a he scene and me wih Homicide Lieutenan R. Schoonover. Deective Stucklearned ha two individuals, a whie male and a white female, enered he business of Academy Spos. Themale subjec was armed with a shogun. When store employees asked to check the gun the male subjecrefused and hreaened to kill several employees. Both subjects lef the store and drove o in a white pickuptruck This informaion was passed on to he Jacksonville Sheriff's Oice via a 911 call from store employeesAccording o Lt Schoonovr, he responding oicers observed the suspect vehicle white ruck driving ou ofhe parking lo Oicer B.A Hudson engaged in gunfire with the occupans of the truck After the gunfire, hetruck le he parking area and traveled a sho distance wes bound on Atlantic Boulevard.
