Operating parameters of all technical systems are used for modeling of actual energy consumption.Renovation measures are defined with regard to meeting current technical standards and achieve general improvement of energy efficiency in all systems. For every renovation measure energy, cost and ecology saving potential is calculated. Basis for saving calculation is referent consumption calculated based on analysis of energy and water invoices.
