andextraordinaryeffortsbyseveralpeople.• FinanceandHumanResourcesinitialmodulesimplemented.• Workdaywillgiveusgreatervisibilityandtransparencyonhowweareusingourmost
importantresources:peopleanddollars.• Althoughsomeofyoumayexperienceanincreaseinthevigilancerequiredtoreviewand
approvetimeandexpenses,thisispartofgoodstewardship.Thesystemhasalreadyeliminatedhundredsofhoursofpaperformsprocessingandredundantmanualdataentry.
• Weexperiencedsomedifficultieswithoneofourcontractorswhichhasdelayeddeploymentofsomefeatures.
• BeforeWorkday,duetomanualprocesses,everytimeweaddedasubstantialnumberofstudents,wehadtoaddback-officestaff.Nowwecangrowenrollmentswhilelimitingadministrativegrowthandfocusmoredollarsondirectstudentimpact.

JCIcompletedadetailedstudyofourutilitysystemsandweareseekingtoimplementa$7Mrenovationandupgradeprojectoveroneyearthatwillbepaidforbyfutureenergysavings.TheprojectwillfocusonHVACandelectricalsystemsandcontrols.

A$30-millioncampaigntoprovideourstudentsandmembersofourcampuscommunitywithexcitingnewspacestoengagethemind,bodyandspirit.
Mind SpiritBody
PartnershipsweareworkingSeton-Dubois:AproactivecollaborationamongMountSt.Mary’sUniversity,theDaughtersofCharity,andotherorganizationswhoprofessacommonvisionandsharedmissiontoservetheChurch.SetonDuBoiswillprovidethebroadercommunitywithexpandedlearningandserviceopportunities,e.g.theServiceSemesterandthePastors&Stewardsonlineeducationeffortforparishes.
SolarFarm:Upgradesolarpanelstoincreasetotalpowergenerationcapacityofthefieldwhilereducingthefootprint.FundingpartnersoughtisDoDwhowillreceiveaccesstosomepower;ourgoalsaretomakeusselfsufficientforelectricpowerneedsandtogainbacksomelandforathleticfields.
FrederickRegionalHealthSystem:FRHSwillinitiallyprovideimprovedmedicalsupporttostudentathletesinconjunctionwithourathletictrainingstaff.Long-termgoalisforimprovedqualityandavailabilityofhealthcareforallofourstudents,includingimprovedhealthcarefacilitiesfundedinlargepartbyamedicalprovider. Newandenhancedacademicprogramsinthehealthcarefieldwouldbeintegratedintothiseffort.
