1. This statement made by me accurately sets out the evidence that I would be prepared, if
necessary, to give in court as a witness. The statement is true to the best of my knowledge and
belief and I make it knowing that, if it is tendered in evidence, I will be liable to prosecution if I
have wilfully stated in it anything that I know to be false, or do not believe to be true.
2. I am 23 years of age.
3. On Friday 14 October 2011, I was rostered on duty from 6:30am to 7:00pm at Cronulla Police
Station to perform station duties.
4. About 11:10am on Friday 14 October 2011, a female came into Cronulla Police Station. She
introduced herself as .
I Said: "Hi, I'm Constable RAY what can I do for you?"
Said words to the effect of: "I believe my son has been sexually abused."
5. appeared upset. Her hands were shaking and her voice was trembling. I asked
further clarifying questions and obtained a version in my Official Police Notebook

short time later I spoke with Detective Sergeant O'MALLY. Detective Sergeant O'MALLY spoke
