Overview
Integrated Reporting or <IR>, is the future ofmanagementreporting.Itisanewapproachtocorporate reporting that helps organizations
tell a better story, to investors and otherstakeholders, about how it creates value. Anintegratedreport isacommunicationonhowanorganisation's strategy, governance, performanceand prospects in the context of its externalenvironmentleadstothecreationofvalueovertheshort,mediumandlongterm.Ithasbeencreatedfororganisationsthataspiretoembraceintegratedthinkingandprogresstowardsbetterreporting.Itbene�its all stakeholders who are interested inunderstanding an organisation's ability to createvalueovertime.
An integrated report is prepared in accordancewiththeInternational IntegratedReporting<IR>framework developed by the InternationalIntegratedReportingCouncil(IIRC),aconsortiumof regulators, investors, companies, standardsetters,theaccountingprofessionandNGOs.Theframework provides guiding principles andcontent elements that govern the content of anintegratedreport.

Mr. Rajendran Arunachalam started his career with Thermax Ltd. and has discharged roles in Treasury and has been Finance Controller in its Project, Product & Service businesses. He subsequently worked at Tata AutoComp Systems heading its group Treasury & Accounts & also being CFO of their JV before moving to Gabriel India Ltd., as CFO heading Finance, Secretarial, Legal &
IT func�ons before rejoining Thermax in 2019.
He is currently the Group CFO and a member of the Execu�ve Council of Thermax Group.
He is a Cer�fied Public Accountant (CPA – AICPA, USA). Mr. Rajendran has completed his Masters in Management Studies (MMS) from BITS Pilani and Advanced Management & Leadership Program from the Oxford University in UK.
CMA Dr. Asish K Bha�acharyya, is the founder of Nonlinear Insights engaged in execu�ve training and Consultancy. He had held leadership posi�ons in industry for twenty years before joining academia in 1993. He re�red as Director from the Ins�tute of Management Technology Ghaziabad. He has taught at the best business schools in India: IIM Calcu�a, SPJIMR Mumbai and IICA
Manesar. He also served the Ins�tute of Chartered Accountants of India as the Technical Director. He is a Fellow member of our Ins�tute and also the Ins�tute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Ins�tute of Management Accountant, UK.
Prof. Bha�acharyya is known for his contribu�on in the areas of Management Accoun�ng and Corporate Governance.
He is a regular columnist of Business Standard for last twelve years. He has authored seven books on Financial Accoun�ng, Management Accoun�ng and Corporate Governance.
Mr. Ni�n Kumar is a Corporate Sustainability Manager and Strategist at Reliance Industries Ltd. Part of a team for audi�ng non-financial data in close tandem with the sites and the auditors for crea�ng the Sustainability Report and Integrated Annual Report for the company. He also tracks the development in the field of sustainability in industries across the world and assists in co-
crea�ng the sustainability strategy and roadmap for businesses within the Reliance group. Prior to Reliance, he has worked on various sustainability projects on internship basis with Mondelez, Pepsico, ICICI and mySetu.
Ms. Mi�ka Bajpai is a Corporate Sustainability Manager and Strategist at Reliance Industries Ltd. Here she looks at co-crea�ng the sustainability strategy and roadmap for several businesses within the Reliance group with a focus on natural and social impacts. She is also a part of the team responsible for audi�ng the non-financial data and crea�ng the Sustainability Report and the
Integrated Annual Report for the company. Over the last decade, she has also worked in Asia, Africa, and North America across the non-profit, consul�ng, academia, engineering and energy sectors, specializing in urban sustainability strategy and repor�ng.
CMA Milind Date is a renowned strategist, management expert and trainer with a rich blend of industry experience of 25 years and 11 years in training. He was on the board of directors of Mather & Pla� Fire Systems Pvt. Ltd and also on the board of directors of two subsidiaries of Endurance Technologies Pvt. Ltd in Germany and Italy.
He is presently associated with Interna�onal Skills Development Corpora�on (ISDC) as Director (Learning & Development). He has helped many Indian universi�es in upgrading their curriculum, training their facul�es by ac�ng as a member of their Board of Studies and Academic Council. He has trained many corporates on strategy, finance-for-non-finance, IFRS & Ind-AS, cost control, enterprise performance management & transforma�on through capacity building.
