The FMLA Specialist telephonically assists our customers and their

employees on the administration of their FMLA rights and responsibilities.

 

FMLA Claims Specialists:

The FMLA Claims Specialist will be responsible for processing Medical

Certifications as well as tracking attendance, answering emails and

corresponding to FMLA Source customers.

FAQsQ: What’s training like? A: The first two weeks are dedicated to basic processes and FMLA information. Continuous on the job training is provided as you move up through the specific tiers.
