• ApplybasicchilddevelopmentprinciplesincaringforBabyJthroughcommunication,engagement,physicaldevelopment,etc.• Beawareofandimplementsafety&supervisionguidelines.• ProvidethedailydareofBabyJwithinyoursupervisionincludingrecognitionofhealth&hygieneneeds.• EnsurethatBabyJreceivesany/allmedicationsasdirectedbySean&Lindsey.• BealerttoBabyJ’sneeds,anddiscussanyproblemswithSean&Lindsey,whenappropriate.• ParticipateenthusiasticallyinthedevelopmentandimplementationofactivitiesforBabyJthatfurtherhisgrowth(examplesinclude

readingbooks,takinghimtothepark,zoo,museums,library,etc.).Qualifications:

• Mustbe21orolder.• Collegedegree(oranticipatedcollegedegree)highlypreferred.• Mustbeavailabletoworkaminimumof2months(possibilityforlonger-termcontract).• Entrepreneurial,highlyorganizedandgoaloriented.• Experienceinthedevelopmentanddeliveryofprogramsandactivitiesforsimilarpopulation.• Experienceinmanagement,customerserviceandadministrativerolespreferred.• Verycomputer/appliterate(word,excel,powerpoint,gmail,Facebook,Instagram,airbnb,meetup,wordpress).• MusthaveownlaptopPCorMAC.• Self-motivated;abilitytofunctionautonomously.• Successfulcompletionofcriminalbackgroundcheckprocess.• Non-USCitizensMUSThaveUSworkvisaasaconditionofemployment.
