ERNA EK series steam sterilizers are manufactured specially to

meet the European Standards. Beside its delicate control, it has

water and energy saving features.

EK series sterilizers are certificated according to :

- 93/42/EEC Medical Devices Directive

- 97/23/EC Pressure Equipment Directive

- EN 285 Steam Sterilizers

FEATURES OF SOFTWARE AND PROGRAMS

ERNA Steam Sterilizers have all the standard sterilization and

test programs. Such as:

- 134 C programs,

- 121 C programs,

- User Programs,

- Bowie & Dick Test Program,

- Air Leakage Test Program.

It is possible to customize programs prior to delivery, according

to the requirments of the user.

DOCUMENTATION

A printer is standard part of each sterilizer. It

prints the date, program selected and

parameters of the program, at the start. Then,

the time, temperature and pressure is recorded

periodically. Optionally, a paperless –

electronic recorder can be integreted to the

sterilizer control. The graphs of temperature

and pressure is saved in its flash SD memory,

and can be copied to a PC in order to be

stored for years.

AUTOMATIC CONTROL

The automatic unit mainly consists of an industrial type microprocessor, namely PLC. It is

reliable with its high quality and international approvals. It controls all the sterilization

process and parameters. With the help of a modem, it is possible to be online with the PLC

and to download new programs from the ERNA center.

OPERATOR PANEL

The operator panel is a touch screen. Program parameters and cycle information is displayed on the

panel. Program selection, start, interruption and manual control is achieved by using a touch panel.

They have internationally accepted approvals and high quality.

PRINTER

The printers is heat and humidity resistant. It records all

the sterilization process and parameters. The printer is

a panel type printer and can be assembled easily to the

sterilizer.

BOWIE & DICK GRAPH

ELECTRICAL STEAM GENERATOR

The integrated electrical steam generator is designed to

supply necessary saturated steam for the sterilizers.

The Pressure is controlled electronically by a pressure

transmitter and checked by a pressure switch for safety.

… it is possible to manufacture manual or automatic doors according to the requirements.

* Double door options are available for these models. In double door options, the chamber dept is

increased by 5 cm.

* * External dimensions are flexible and can be planned to fit the installation side.
