Drawing from around 5000 tonnes of physical stock at our premises our customers enjoy an unrivalled range of products and services, and with quality mill support we are able to supply fully certified steels at the most competitive prices around.

Ongoing capital investment in processing equipment ensures that we can provide fast and cost effective solutions to most structural cutting requirements, whilst operating our own transport fleet allows us to service most parts of the UK within 48 hours from receipt of your instructions.

Stock range: cold and hot formed sections to steel grade S 355 J2H

Steel hollow sections have many diverse applications, and our stock range will cater for the majority of structural uses. Whether you require smaller sections for handrailing and ballustrading, or larger diameter tubes for portal stanchions, we are sure that we will be able to supply the correct product for your applications.

Detailed in this brochure is the range of lengths that we carry in both cold formed and hot formed sections. Most sections 100mm and above are stocked in higher yield steel [S355 J2H]. The advantages of stocking such a variety of lengths are both cost savings from potentially reducing wastage, and from a practical point eliminating the need to butt weld members together for example whenever covering the spans of roof trusses.

All sections supplied are CE approved from quality assured British or Western European mills and have full material certification to the advised grade.

Cutting Capabilities Due to substantial investment in capital equipment, we are able to offer our customers the highest possible levels of service.

Each one of our saws has unique properties; our AMADA HK 800 can cold saw sections or bundles up to 600mm, our Bauer VG650 ST can mitre cut up to 60 degrees and accommodate 610mm diameter tubes. Our Behringer HBP411a which is a fully automatic bandsaw with a bundle cutting capacity of 300x200mm with a high degree of accuracy.

Our latest addition is the Behringer HBE-523GA fully automatic band saw able to mitre cut up to 75 degrees on material as large as 500x300x20mm.

Processing In addition to the cutting we can also offer goods Laser profiled, ShotBlasted, Primer Painted, Galvanised, Drilled and all goods can be packed / identified in kit form. We have built good relationships with many engineers and can quote for most basic finished component work.
