Extend city sanitary to site, add lift station, remove existing water treatment facility on site

850 students, includes elementary gymnasium, kitchen and cafeteria with platform stage, classrooms, administration area, library, multiple story construction. Includes bus/car drop-off and parking. (approximately 110,000 SF of new construction)
