Step 1 – Account Setup

1. Your orders will show up two places. The product order will show up under “Your Orders” and the Service side will show up under “Your Services”

2. When an order comes in

a. Click on “Unconfirmed” under “Your Services”

b. Click the Order ID to see the customer time preference, scope of work and a link to the product order.

c. Now that you’re in the order.

i. If possible, confirm one of the customers preferred date/time slots.

1. Select the appropriate one, and click “Confirm”

ii. If you are unable to accommodate any of the Customer’s preferred Date/Time slots, contact the customer and setup a delivery day.

1. Once you reach the Customer and solidify a new delivery date click “Enter a new appointment here if you have it already” Enter

the date and time, check “I have confirmed this new time with the customer” and click Confirm.

2. Send a message through Amazon’s Buyer Seller message system confirming the new date and time frame.

3. If you are unable to reach the Customer click “Waiting for Customer Response. This puts the order into a “Pending” status which

can be found later by filtering “Your Services” by “Pending”

iii. After Confirming a Delivery Date/Time you will need to assign a Technician to the order. Click “Assign” next to “Technician” a pop up will

appear, select the Technician and click “Save”

iv. The order will now show in the Technician App.

3. Completing the Service with the App

a. Each Technician will have their own login for the Services App after successfully completing the Amazon background check.

b. Tech will select the Job from either “Jobs to Complete” or “Next Job”

c. Opening the Job shows all relevant details.

d. Once the Job is complete, the Technician will click “Complete” job

e. The next page is to confirm the service and enter a “Change Order” incase extra charges are warranted and agreed upon with the customer.

i. Click “+ Change Amount” if a change order is warranted and agreed upon by the customer

ii. Enter an amount and select a reason from the drop down, then click “Save and Continue”

iii. The next page shows the Original Estimate and

Changed Amount and Prompts you for Customer

Approval. Click “Get Customer Approval”

iv. You are then prompted to hand your mobile device

to the customer for them to accept the charges.

Customer clicks “Review Price” Customer will be

shown the two prices and select “Yes” or “No”

v. After selecting “Yes” the Customer will be prompted to sign and click “Done” to complete the order.

4. At the end of the night you will want to “Confirm Shipped” on all Product Orders delivered that day.

a. Open up the Service Order

i. Confirm the Order Status is “Serviced” You can also click “View Proof of Appointment” to confirm the buyers signature and time stamps.

b. Click “View Product Order”

c. You will now be on the “Order Details” page for the product order.

d. Click “Confirm Shipment”

e. Under Shipping Method

i. Carrier – Select “Other”

ii. Middle Box – Freight-Your Business Name

iii. Shipping Service – Local Delivery

iv. Tracking ID – Your internal invoice number

v. Click “Confirm Shipment”
