CAF will employ the 1st Creparian Fleet and 6th and 7th Air Groups to secure SLOC and dominate the airspace in order to show force, isolate Ladrones Island from the Philippines and pursue its maritime interests in the contested island.

CAF will seize and occupy Ladrones Group of Islands initially by employing 6th and 7th Air Groups and 1st Fleet to conduct air and naval bombardments respectively prior to assault by airborne and follow-on ground units as invasion forces.
