Step5: System will download the application update patch and execute it. Following screen will be open.

Step 6: Click on Yes. Setup will update the existing GoodLife application.

Step 7: Click on Finish Button. Now new version GoodLife 5.0.0 application is updated in your system. Below are list of changes done in new version GoodLife 5.0.0 application:-

1) Dealer ARD Transaction MIS: -This MIS in GoodLife application is regarding Dealer-ARD liability settlement and will be fetched in excel format also. This report is designed for dealers and ARDs both but with separate functionalities. For dealer, ARD code selection feature will be available. Dealer can view the debit credit detail of any ARD of a particular month in one go. The report will contain Period, Dealer Code, ARD Code, ARD Name, Amount to be debited from ARD and Amount to be credited to ARD. For ARDs, they will able to view their statement only. No any ARD can see the statement of another ARD of the same dealer.

Addition of ARD gift cost in Dealer ARD liability Section: - At present, ARDs are purchasing physical gifts from Hero dealerships and settling their accounts on their own. Now this amount will be displayed in liability MIS. System will calculate the cost of gifts on the basis of price master provided. Any other charge like TAX, transportation etc. will not be part of the amount.

2) Printing of multiple Service Award vouchers in one A4 paper sheet: -At present, each service Award voucher is being printed on separate paper. Now we can print multiple service award coupons in single sheet if there is more than 1 voucher has been created in one redemption. But it will be not possible to club vouchers of more than one redemption in one sheet for printing. On one paper maximum of 4 vouchers would be printed. In case of thermal printer, the current printing system will be applicable and in case of A4 size printer, system will print 4 Service award vouchers on single page. But it is not recommended to print the vouchers on thermal printer. As validity of voucher is 6 months, and thermal printouts start fading after 7-8 days only. So it is strongly recommended to go with A4 size normal printing method for Voucher printing.

3) Same old card to be used at the time of renewal/up gradation: -In present scenario, if member

renews the membership or upgrade the vehicle, then it is required to issue new card to member and old card gets deactivated. Now after launch of this new GoodLife version 5.0.0, same old card will be continued in case of membership renewal/Vehicle up gradation. Only validity of the same card will be extended.

4) Profile Report: - a. Users can view the customer status through the ‘Profile Report’ on menu bar. This

application provides the following: i. Complete list of memberships getting lapsed during a particular period ii. This information can also be retrieved for a particular model, by selecting the

‘Model Wise’ field from the drop down menu under ‘Complete Profile’ option.

iii. This option also helps users view customer profiles for free and paid services due, as well as the customers who have done maximum referrals (in ascending order).

iv. Dealer executive can download the report and can call members stating them to visit their dealership for membership renewal.

5) Process for Unused Voucher in GoodLife:

b. This MIS in GoodLife application which will show all the unconsumed service award

vouchers along with member details. In this MIS, voucher number will not be displayed

due to security reasons.

c. Dealer will be able to select Issue Date (From and to) and system will fetch records on

this filter.

d. Dealer can see vouchers generated by them and their ARDs as well but ARD can view

only those records which belongs to that ARD only.

e. Dealer executive can download the report and can call members stating them to visit their dealership to avail the benefits of GoodLife Voucher.

6) Activation of Platinum & Diamond Card: - Platinum/diamond cards are being issued to the member after achieving defined milestones. For this, personalized card is being sent to dealer on behalf of dealer. It is responsibility of dealer to hand over it to member. For activation of Platinum or diamond card, it is required to swipe the earlier active card and the platinum/diamond card. It is required to avoid the misuse of such cards. A separate module of card activation is developed in this new version where user will swipe both the cards which will be further validated at centralized server and if verified, earlier active card will be deactivated and new platinum/diamond card will get active same time. After swiping card in Transaction/redemption/Point Statement screen, if new card is Platinum/Diamond and not activated yet, system will open below screen where swiping old active card will be mandatory:-

7) New Format for 25% Reimbursement Invoice. : - Invoice format to claim 25% gift subsidy has

been changed in this version. Note: - Only invoice format has changed, rest all procedure to claim the value remains same as communicated in our previous circular “Circular -To download Refreshed GL version 4.0.7”.

• Go to Features • Click on Reimbursement Invoice Tab

• Select Quarter from drop down Tab • Click on Get Data • Below Screen will display after clicking on Get Data

Click on Preview tab from below screen to print the Invoice.

After the above step, system will Pop up the below screen stating to ensure “Business Auxiliary” as a category in your service Tax.

Clicking on Ok will display the Invoice.

• Click on Print Button to print the same.

8) New Logic for Gift Subsidy Reimbursement Claim and Cross Debit Credit Report: - As per new gift construct, hero gives 25% subsidy for each and every Gift redemption at dealership.

As per old Process, Redeeming dealer claims this subsidy by sending the invoice of 25% of total redeemed gift cost. In case of cross dealer redemption, cross debit credit happens on 75% of the gift amount, as 25% has been already claimed by the redeeming dealer from Hero. As per new process, Subsidy will be claimed by the dealers whose points has been actually redeemed. I.e. now subsidy will be claimed by awarding dealers. And Cross dealer debit credit will be executed on 100% of Gift amount.

9) Addition of GoodLife Payment Receipt in existing Insurance Receipt: - GoodLife Payment

Receipt is added in Insurance Receipt. The necessary information will be fetched from the server and will be printed in offline mode. This receipt can be handed over to customer as a proof of taking the GoodLife enrolment and Insurance premium amount.
