In iContact Pro, choose Workflows and then click Create a Workflow. Give it a name. You’ll then be asked to select an audience, which is really a requirement to establish which email list the workflow affects. After you have selected an audience, a flowchart will start to appear in the tool. When you click +, you will see options for workflow steps. Click on Completed on landing page? After you select the landing page you want to include in the workflow, a Yes/No appears in the flowchart. When you click on + under Yes, you can instruct iContact to send an auto response email once someone has completed the sign up form on the landing page.

4STEP When you click on the + under the Yes, you will see the same Action/Decision box. Select

Action>Send Email. When you click Choose Email, you can select an existing email to send or click Create Workflow Email to create a new email on the spot. Choose an email template or use your own HTML. This will be the email that your visitors receive after they fill out the form.

All you have to do to make the workflow go live is return to Activities>Workflows and click the radio button for inactive – this shows your saved, but not yet active workflow. When you click the little grey arrow to the right of your workflow, you can then select Active and it is immediately live.
