stephane marchand as odd plaintiff in loan conspiracy lawsuit

Yet another $2M Ladera Ranch home was up for a Notice of Trustee Sale when the homeowner decided to rent the place out on Craigslist while a short sale was negotiated. According to sources, Stephane Marchand answered the ad and convinced the homeowner to quit claim him onto the title so he could work some lawsuit magic that would supposedly get them out of their mortgage and maybe net them a payday (he's asking for $2.1M). The complaint basically says that the banksters forced an intentionally confusing bazillion-word loan agreement on the homeowners knowing that they would eventually stop paying, so that the bank could then go bankrupt and hand over everything to Chase... just as they planned all along. And of course the FDIC is complicit... along with mysterious forces yet unknown. This drama is due to play out in May of 2012 when a hearing on a demurer from Chase is set to be heard.TRANSCRIPT
