3. Body MovementWe all swing our legs and arms when we walk. The hu-man beings gate is made up of several stages including:

the initial contact with the ground,the foot becoming flat,

the midstance,and the heel off.

This continues with the same phases on the opposite foot.At the same time:

arms swing,torsos twist,

and heads bob.
