SITE PREPARATIONInspection of site - topographical features. Ideally, flat surface is needed to mount panels - provides uniformity, fully shadow-free area to panels, a better outputSite area is leveled and prepared for installing panels using leveling machinesMarkings are made as per the prepared design and bored on particular pointsIn case of highly irregular surface, where leveling cost is too high, disk and roll technique is used Disk and Roll technique: Soil is locally distributed to maintain minimum embedment, and distance from ground.

STRUCTRE ALIGNMENT AND TORQUING PROCESSPanels are vertically aligned in the packed boxes- after stripping of packed boxes, modules are first stacked.Stacking of panels becomes necessary as module sheet may damage due to weight on consecutive modules once first comes outRight amount of torque is applied on nuts and bolts -5 turns by hand then, socket driver to finish tightening

Loose fastening : may not withstand wind pressure ; Tight Fastening : may damage the threads of nuts and bolts
