The core activities of Stern are divided in three divisions: 1. Stern Dealers, consistsof app. 90 cardealer outlets. 2. Stern Financial Services, focuses on carleasing andfinancial mobility products. 3. Stern Mobility Services, mainly active in used cars,car maintenance & tires, car rental, car parts and body repair.

To position the activities Stern works with different labels. SternPlaza is the platformfor used car sales focused on the brands represented by Stern Dealers. Also forsupport the own Stern brand the company introduced SternPoint as a chain of in-dependent garages,SternRent for rental services to customers of Stern Dealers. Stern Financial Servicesand Stern Mobility Services was developed for all kind of services to private andbusiness customers.

SternSchade (chain of body repair companies) has 14 outlets. SternLogistiek will bedeveloped in the coming years to as purchase and distribution platform for ge-nuine car parts.
