Young Learners lessons require more thought and a greater variety in planned activities than adult lessons. Teachers efforts are usually rewarded instantly and therefore many teachers are interested in teaching children. Their learning ability is often incredibly quick compared to adults.
Taking up position in a school with much higher reputation means returning to basics and proving your ability to a better qualified audience and engaging in a wider range of courses and levels.
