Do you begin to hear the HOPE that flows from those words? Do you sense the importance of realizing the love that shines forth from that tiny baby whose birthday we will celebrate? Our school theme emphasizes the HOPE that shouldfill our hearts each day with the love of Jesus! However, did you notice I mentioned that we shouldbe filled? We are so very blessed to share a caring, forgiving, and loving Christ each and every day with your child. We shouldbe filled with that Hope! Unfortunately, our lives are not always that hopeful. And we are left desperate, hurting, and lacking hope! Our Advent season begins this week and we can now focus on that glorious LIGHT that we will witness each week from our Advent Wreath. This week we see the shining light from the Prophecy Candle or the Candle of HOPE. We will be lighting a candle each week as we prepare (Advent meaning) for the deliverance of that very shoot from that stump of Jesse. This week, we can have the HOPE in that God is faithful and will keep the promise made to us and that our HOPE truly comes from God. Advent gives us the HOPE as we celebrate the coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is the very Lord of our lives. Even in the midst of tribulation, trouble, and trials, we have the HOPE because Its Still All About Jesus! That HOPE comes to us in the Christ Child in those seemingly hopeless times. There is HOPE even in times of hopelessness. His Advent LIGHT shines brightly to prepare us for the coming of a special gift that points to the opportunity we have to reach, teach, and encourageGods precious children and their families with the HOPE that comes in the baby Jesus! As we share in our Advent preparations and wait patiently for that celebration of the birthday of Jesus, may we always look to those words of HOPE that come to us in the name of Immanuel, God with us! From the Principal’s Desk… TLCS...70 Years & It’s Still All About JESUS!

The Hope We Have in Jesus! “In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son

into the world, so that we might live through him.” Matthew 19:14

It IS Still All About Jesus! Do you begin to hear the HOPE that flows from those words? Do you sense the importance of realizing the love that shines forth from that tiny baby whose birthday we will celebrate? Our school theme emphasizes the HOPE that “should” fill our hearts each day with the love of Jesus! However, did you notice I mentioned that we “should” be filled? We are so very blessed to share a caring, forgiving, and loving Christ each and every day with your child. We “should” be filled with that Hope! Even in the midst of tribulation, trouble, and trials, we have the HOPE because It’s Still All About Jesus! That HOPE comes to us in the Christ Child in those seemingly hopeless times. There is HOPE even in times of hopelessness.

His Advent LIGHT shines brightly to prepare us for the coming of a special gift that points to the opportunity we have to “reach, teach, and encourage” God’s precious children and their families with the HOPE that comes in the baby Jesus! As we share in our Advent preparations and wait patiently for that celebration of the birthday of Jesus, may we always look to those words of HOPE that come to us in the name of Immanuel, God with us! Come and share in this HOPE! Serving Our Master Teacher, Rick Ryan, Principal
