Electromechanical cylinders Electromechanical Cylinders provide many advantages against traditional hydraulic cylinders. In addition to only requiring power when in operation, they also remove the threat of oil leaks from a hydraulic system particularly useful in areas where oil leaks could be harmful to the environment.

Screw jacks Swedrive offer 2 versions of their versatile Screw Jacks, axial screw and rotary screw with travelling nut. The standard range consists of 6 different sizes for loads of up to 250kN. Should what you’re after not be covered by the range they also offer customised solutions with loads ranging from a few hundred kilos to over one hundred tons.

This modular brake unit can be applied to any IEC or NEMA motor turning s standard motor into a brake motor. The VIS Standard Brakes are available from frame sizes 71 up to 160. They are incredibly easy to install, simply fixing to the motor’s IEC flange and shaft.

The brake unit is totally enclosed so offers IP66 protection and the innovative rectifier means it can handle voltages from 200-500VAC.
