This is the list of spares held currently by The Imp Club Ltd. We buy new after-market and “newold stock” spares from time to time at advantageous prices for sale to Club Members. We alsostock re-manufactured parts, to which we apply our own quality control procedure. Please don’tforget that if the part you require is not listed here, then a member of the Spares Advisory Panelmay be able to locate it for you – see the last section in this brochure. You can contact me and Iwill suggest a supplier who may be able to help.

If members have unwanted parts for Imps or variants, or are able to source any quantity of newspares which may benefit other members, please contact the Spares Coordinator or Deputy SparesCoordinator. Some parts are now in short supply and your help is much appreciated.

This is the list of spares held currently by The Imp Club Limited. We try to buy spares from timeto time at advantageous prices for sale to Club Members. Please don’t forget that if the part yourequire is not listed here, then a member of the Spares Advisory Panel may be able to locate it foryou (see previous Impressions issues or your membership pack).

Spares in this list are advertised at a cost which has been discounted to members for their own use.We regret that sales to non members, or for re-sale, may be subject to an additional cost. Thisapplies to all stock, except items marked “*”. Since the Club is run on a voluntary basis for themutual benefit of all members we have to ask that buyers declare their membership number. Costof membership is, at the time of writing, £24.00 per annum for the UK (plus £3.00 once-off joiningfee). For overseas prices please contact the membership secretaries.

13 Conditions Applied

Imp Club Spares (part of The Imp Club Ltd.) provides replacement parts for Hillman Imps andrelated classic cars as listed in these pages. This service is provided for bone fide members of TheImp Club to whom these conditions apply. The service is by post or personal collection, we do notdeliver. The list describes the goods available and follows the terminology used in Rootes partspublications. The items provided are new, re-conditioned, re-manufactured or new-old stock tooriginal specification as far as we can ascertain (there is a separate quality-control process). Thereare occasional “special offers” of other “accessories”.

The prices shown in this list are accurate at the time of publication and valid for one monththereafter. Items marked with “*” may however vary in price at any time as we depend on oursuppliers for this information. We will quote an exact price to people making enquiries personallyby letter, e-mail or by ’phone.

We currently are not VAT registered so there are no “hidden” costs. We are however obliged toadd 5% or £1.00 (whichever is the greater) for handling of orders on cards or PayPal.

Delivery costs are simply the price of normal Royal Mail postage, usually first class or Parcel Forceif this is significantly lower plus a small packing cost if required (we aim to re-cycle packaging), seebelow. We may choose to add insurance to high-value orders to protect against loss.

Any member of The Imp Club is entitled to use this service and to cancel or change their order priorto its dispatch. Once dispatched/ delivered, provided the parts have not been fitted or otherwise“used”, we will refund any un-required parts returned at any time at the purchase price (if withinone month) or at a price to be agreed at a later date. Postage and any other “one-off” chargeshowever cannot be re-funded.

Any problems or complaints must be notified to The Imp Club at its official business address withinone month of ordering.

14 Postal Rates from April 2007

There is at present no handling charge, except 5% extra charge on credit card payments, andthere is no VAT on goods. U.K. postage is charged at the following standard rates indicated bythe symbol +letter following the price in the list. For instance for a set of front brake shoes at£12.00+PB you should send £16.95 which includes the Royal Mail cost for a parcel up to 1.5kg.Normal 1st class post is used for smaller items unless you specifically ask for faster delivery. Pleaseinclude a first-class stamp with your order or add on the price. A courier service may be usedfor body panels etc. which cannot easily be packaged. This is however expensive, prices typicallystarting at around £15.00 in UK. We would normally try to distribute large packages via the areacentre network or at an AGM, committee meeting or National Weekend.
