Ribbed Plastic Bottom

Traditional Rounds are a lower cost alternative to Classic Rounds, these containers use a reinforced ribbed white plastic bottom instead of a metal bot-tom. They’re great when you need a strong con-tainer for high volume applications.

The most cost-effective round containers, Econo Rounds use a simple two-part construction: a full-height lid telescopes over a seamless bottom. The bottom is clear, but it can be enhanced with an oil-resistant gold foil cardboard insert.

Now that you’ve specified the package size and design, all that’s left is the graphic insert card. Card dimensions are listed in the preceding pages. How easy is that?

Specify the package size by placing your product within the chart’s grid area. Write that number down, then measure the depth of your product. (This helps determine cavity design.)

Decide which closure you need, rail or platform, and then choose the corresponding chart. (Some of the deciding factors are graphic space, appearance, structural stability, sealing technique, security, etc.)

Have your product handy — you’ll need to know the width, height and depth to make sure the packaging fits.
