Among the degreasers briefly present-ed below you will find many innovative cleaning agents in addition to the classic products (e.g. powdery, alka-line degreasers or pickling degreas-ers).

In the case of the new alkaline products, in ad-dition to cost-effectiveness, particular attention was paid to occupational safety (liquid products,

low temperature) and environmental protection (low energy consumption, long service life).

The new development Leraclen® PF 10.1 impress-es with its almost infinite service life, which can be achieved with this product without the use of phosphates.

In the field of fluxes we can also offer holistic solutions based on our experience. We have concentrated on special products which should help you to achieve the best possible conditions in your flux bath. In this context, we pay parti-cular attention to maintaining the pH value and the stability of the zinc chloride to ammonium chloride ratio. The addition of small amounts of

additive to reduce surface tension has a lot of positive effects on the flux bath and the subse-quent galvanizing process.

In addition, our portfolio also includes standard fluxes (powder/liquid – on request).

After you have applied your perfect zinc layer, it is important to protect it. Whether you need to preserve the gloss for weeks or protect the zinc coating for months, together with you we will find the best solution.

In particular, the environmentally friendly Lerapas® ZN 14 offers an innovative solution to preserve the glossy surfaces.

Lerapas® M Post-dip solution, chromium-free, water-soluble dip paint for hot galvanized parts; no cooling necessary

Lerapas® HPC3 Passivation based on chromium (III), free of cobalt and chromium (VI) compounds, wide temperature range (material temperature)


Leraclen® ZNR Product to remove impurities or reaction products- such as white rust, red rust or acid stains - from galvanized surfaces

We can also remedy minor blemishes with our zinc cleaner.
