Ingredients:

•200g Pork Mince•200g Sausage meat•6 hard Eggs•50g Flour•100g Panko Breadcrumbs•1 tbs. English Mustard•Vegetable oil•Splash of Milk•3 tbs. Chopped Herbs•Pinch of Ground Mace

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1. Prepare 4 eggs in a pan and boiled it. After boiling, turn down the heat and simmer it for at least 5 minutes.

2. The next thing to prepare is the meat. Ready a bowl and place the sausage meat, minced pork, mustard, mace and herbs. Mix it with your hands and seasoned it. After mixing the meats, divide it into four.

3. Peel the boiled eggs. After this, get another bowl and put the last two remaining raw eggs in the bowl, splash the milk, flour and breadcrumbs. Mix them well.

4. Ready the four meat balls you prepared earlier. Splash it with flour and use rolling pin in order to roll out. Repeat it with the other three meat balls.

5. After everything done, encased the eggs with roll out meatballs. Used your hands to encased the eggs properly.

6. Ready a pan and pour the vegetable oil. Heat the stove up to 170c and wait until the scotch eggs turns golden brown.
