1. Effect - calmat® stops scaling on surfaces

calmat® impulses generate stick-structured crystals

which will not attach to surfaces any more.

2. Effect - calmat® sanitizes the piping system

The calmat® impulses release carbonic acid into the water.

This carbonic acid dismantles already-existing scale deposits and thus sanitizes the whole piping system.

Does the calmat treatment have a softening effect on the water?

The water dos not lose any essential minerals (calcium and magnesium). The hardness degree is the same before and after the treatment.

Therefore, the composition of the water remains unaltered, but it feels softer.
