In 1895, the Sullivanbrothers opened theirfirst opal mine inAustralia. By 1915 theyhad sixmines in different locations. Wild Watermelon WizzIngredients■ 2 cups fresh watermelon cubed■ 6 tablespoons frozen yoghurt (any flavour will do)■ 1 tablespoon sherbet (optional)■ 2 teaspoons lime juice

Steps● About 10 minutes before you’re ready to mix thesmoothies place glasses in the freezer to frost.● Chop melon into cubes.● In a blender or food processor combine the frozenyoghurt, watermelon cubes, lime juice and sherbetand blend until smooth.
