1. I agree to rent a Snow College storage unit pursuant to the following terms and conditions.2. I have, or will have during the storage period, a Residence Hall Contract. I agree that if I cease

to have a Residence Hall Contract I will immediately remove my items from storage and failureto do so will constitute an abandonment of the items and give Snow College the right to disposeof them.

3. I agree to pay the storage fee as listed on this agreement under “Storage Length” at theCashier’s Office and will submit proof of payment to the Office of Residence Life before I storeany items.

4. I understand that the storage area may at times be unsecured and that I store items at myown risk. I understand that Snow College assumes NO responsibility for loss, theft or damageto any items placed in storage. I will provide my own padlock for the assigned storage unit andagree to keep it on the storage unit at all times even if items are temporarily not being stored. Iunderstand that if my storage unit does not have a padlock on it, the storage unit may beforfeited and reassigned.

5. I understand that I am the only one authorized to use the assigned storage unit and agreeto not store items that belong to anyone else. I understand that storage units may NOT betransferred, sublet or shared. I understand that I may only store items in the storage unit and thatitems left in the hallways will be disposed of by Snow College.

6. I agree that I will not store unapproved items including illegal or hazardous materials. (A list ofunapproved items may be found in the Residence Life Handbook.) I agree to pay any feesassociated with damage to the storage unit, clean-up of waste (i.e. paint, glues, solutions etc.) orthe necessity to dispose of unapproved or abandoned items. I understand that representatives ofSnow College may inspect the storage unit from time to time in order to assure the safety of thefacility and persons and that they may remove unapproved items and contact police if illegalitems are stored.

7. I agree to remove all items from my assigned storage unit by the End Date of this agreementand that if I do not, all remaining items will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of bySnow College without any recompense to me.
