FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION APPROVED/REGISTERED STORAGE TANK SYSTEM EQUIPMENT LIST

RULES 62-761.850 and 62-762.851, F.A.C.

The following is a list of manufacturers of approved/registered storage tank system equipment. The list contains equipment that

has been approved after December 10, 1990, and does not include equipment approved under Chapter 17-61, Florida

Administrative Code (F.A.C.). Effective January 11, 2017, new or updated equipment will be registered with a five-year renewal

requirement. Equipment approved prior to January 11, 2017, must be renewed by January 10, 2022, to remain on the list. See

subsections 62-761.850(2) and 62-762.851(2), F.A.C., for requirements. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection does

not specifically endorse any manufacturer nor is the Department responsible for any failure or malfunction of the product or

equipment. It is the responsibility of the tank owner to verify that materials of storage tank systems and their components are

compatible with the regulated substance stored in the tank system. All installed storage tank system equipment containing blends

of ethanol, biodiesel, or other biofuels and additives shall be compatible with the regulated substances stored in the storage tank

systems. Contact information on the list is updated by the manufacturer and may not be current.
