How to get to your stores salesforce appointments

Select your store from the portal page (as shown below)

Sign into salesforce

Log into Salesforce with the credentials below

List of Appointments that need updating

Here you can see a list view which you can edit an appointment directly from the list

Selecting edit will bring up the appointment for you to edit

This is how an appointment will appear when editing

The fields on the right are to be edited by you guys in store

If the Mobile Number is (07000000000) please overtype this and change to the correct mobile number, please make sure the connection type is ether New or Upgrade

Don’t forget to save after editing

Once it is saved the appointment with be removed from the list
