Facilitated by Davie Philip (Cultivate). !This event is part of the annual CONVERGENCE FESTIVAL 2017, which this year celebrates Ireland’s response to the global challenges we face — through transformative, community-led approaches to meet our climate targets and implement the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for a fair, healthy and low-carbon future.

KEYNOTE: PAUL ALLEN Paul Allen, a Director at the Centre of Alternative Energy in Machynlleth in Wales and the editor of Zero Carbon Britain, will share the lessons from the latest Zero Carbon Britain: Making It Happen report and explore how we might empower citizens and catalyse change.
