Diagnosis Adrian scanned the car using the RossshyTech scan tool to discover what was wrongwith the vehicle and it came back with thecode 16618P0234000564 ndash a boostpressure regulation problem with theturbo the variable veins in the turbo wereseized Adrian removed the exhaustdownpipe and then planned to remove theturbo to clean and check it thoroughly butthe turbo and fixings were badly seized

SolutionAfter a bit of research some creativethinking was applied Mr Muscle ovencleaner was applied to the inside of theexhaust side of the turbo this worked likemagic on the variable veins The leverstarted moving again almost instantly Thecleaner was reapplied 2shy3 times to be sureall of the carbon deposits were removedThis freed up all the parts of the turbo andworked brilliantly without the need toremove the turbo or replace any parts Thecar is now running perfectly and the owneris enjoying driving up hills again Problemsolved

Wheel bearing replacement used to be simple but with new advances in technology it has

become a tricky job requiring specialist tools This is a repair that is in high demand for

transport vehicles and campers and it can be tricky in areas where there are no dealers

nearby

For the first time this repair can be done outside the main dealer network by hiring this

highly specialized tool from us The tool is required for the repair work to ensure that the

wheel bearing is pressed in over the outer ring and the locking ring clicks into place in the

groove in the steering swivel This special tool is imperative for this repair job so donrsquot start
