5. 5. Five, six. So tow rocks in each of the 3 buckets gave us, how many rocks altogether did Sally did up? Six rocks altogether. How did you work that out? Through addition or multiplication?

7. 7. Sally has dug six rocks out of the garden. She has asked that we equally share out the six rocks she has dug up between the three buckets.
8. 8. So lets evenly share the rock between each of the three buckets until we have none leftover. Lets count together, one rock.
9. 9. 2 rocks.
10. 10. Three rocks.
11. 11. Four rocks.
12. 12. Five rocks.
13. 13. Six rocks.
14. 14. How many rocks did we start with? Six. How many buckets did we have to share the rocks between? Three. So how many rocks did we have to put in each bucket? Two. So we shared six rocks between three buckets which gave us two rocks in each bucket. And we have no rocks leftover in the garden.

17. 17. Sally has dug up six rocks. Sallys father has asked us to equally share two rocks in each bucket. So we have six rocks and we need to share two rocks in each bucket. How many buckets will we need?

20. 20. And another two rocks in this bucket.
21. 21. Now there are no rocks left in the garden and we have shared two rocks into each bucket. How many rocks did we start with? Six. How many rocks did we have to share between buckets? Two.
22. 22. So altogether how many buckets did we share the rocks across? 1.2.3. So we had 6 rocks and we shared 2 rocks into each bucket, so I needed to have 3 buckets.
