• The hospital was defined as an integral part of a social and medical organization, the function of which is to provide for the population complete health care, both curative and preventive, and whose outpatient services reach out to the family in its home environment ; the hospital is also a center for the training of health workers and for biosocial research.

Occupational Health (WHO)

• Occupational health deals with all aspects of health and safety in the workplace and has a strong focus on primary prevention of hazards. The health of the workers has several determinants, including risk factors at the workplace leading to cancers, accidents, musculoskeletal diseases, respiratory diseases, hearing loss, circulatory diseases, stress related disorders and communicable diseases and others.

• Employment and working conditions in the formal or informal economy embrace other important determinants, including, working hours, salary, workplace policies concerning maternity leave, health promotion and protection provisions, etc.

Strategic management involves the formulation and

implementation of the major goals and initiatives taken by a

company's top management on behalf of owners, based on

consideration of resources and an assessment of the internal and

external environments in which the organization

competes.[1] Strategy is defined as "the determination of the basic

long-term goals of an enterprise, and the adoption of courses of

action and the allocation of resources necessary for carrying out

these goals."[12]Strategies are established to set direction, focus

effort, define or clarify the organization, and provide consistency or guidance in response to the environment.[

Strategic Management gives a broader perspective to the

employees of an organization and they can better understand how

their job fits into the entire organizational plan and how it is co-

related to other organizational members. It is nothing but the art of

managing employees in a manner which maximizes the ability of

achieving business objectives. The employees become more

trustworthy, more committed and more satisfied as they can co-relate

themselves very well with each organizational task. They can

understand the reaction of environmental changes on the organization

and the probable response of the organization with the help of strategic

management. Thus the employees can judge the impact of such

changes on their own job and can effectively face the changes. The

managers and employees must do appropriate things in appropriate manner. They need to be both effective as well as efficient.

การจดการเชงกลยทธ (Strategic Management)

• การจดการเชงกลยทธ หรอ Strategic Management หมายถง การบรหารจดการอยางเปนระบบจากวสยทศนของผบรหารทผานกระบวนการคดวเคราะหและประเมนสภาพแวดลอมทงภายในและภายนอก องคกร เพอวางแนวทางการด าเนนงานใหเหมาะสมสอดคลองกบสถานการณ และกอใหเกดความไดเปรยบจากคแขงขนทางธรกจ

• การจดการเชงกลยทธถอเปนเครองมอส าคญส าหรบผบรหารหรอผประกอบการ ทจะน าไปสการเพมโอกาสความส าเรจ เพราะเกยวของกบการวเคราะหและประเมนสภาพการณในระยะยาวขององคกร เปนทงศาสตรและศลปในการด าเนนงานทสามารถประเมนและปรบเปลยนภายในแตกระบวนการ ใหเกดความเหมาะสมกบสภาพแวดลอมทงภายในและภายนอกไดตลอดเวลา

การจดการเชงกลยทธ (Strategic Management) 1.เปนการก าหนดกรอบหรอทศทางการท างานขององคกรใหชดเจน โดยการเขยนวตถประสงคของ องคกรไวอยางเปนระบบ ซงจะท าใหเลอกใชทรพยากรทมอยไดอยางเหมาะสม

2.ชวยใหผบรหารปรบตวตามสภาวการณทเกดขนอยางเปนระบบ และสามารถปรบทศทางการ ด าเนนงานไดสอดคลองกบสภาวะความเปลยนแปลงทเกดขน

3.สรางความพรอมใหกบองคกร การจดการเชงกลยทธท าใหองคกรมการวเคราะหและประเมน ปจจยตางๆภายในองคกรอยางสม าเสมอ เปนการพฒนาบคลากรใหมความพรอมในการรบกบสถานการณความเปลยนแปลงทอาจเกดขนได

4.ชวยสรางประสทธภาพและศกยภาพดานการแขงขนใหกบองคกร เสรมสรางการพฒนาขดความสามารถสงผลใหเกดความไดเปรยบทางดานการแขงขน

5.ชวยใหการท างานสอดคลองไปในแนวทางเดยวกน เนองจากมการก าหนดกลยทธและการควบคมตรวจสอบไวอยางชดเจน

6.ท าใหองคกรมมมมองการบรหารอยางครอบคลม เนองจากการบรหารเชงกลยทธใหความส าคญกบปจจยตางๆทมผลกระทบตอการบรหารองคกรทงปจจยภายในและปจจยภายนอก

• 1. Worker : health, fit for work, education , attitude, behavior, ability, experience etc.

• 2. Working conditions : job delegation, job description, working hour , etc.

• 3. Working environments : physical , chemical , biological, socio-economical, ergonomics.

• 4. General environments : political , social, climate , etc.
