Membership Eligibility
• Must be a 501(C)(3) agency or governmental entity providing service to youth and/or families in the City of Gary
• Membership is renewable annually through a signed MOU
Membership Requirements
• Complete a New Member Orientation Session
• Actively participate, minimum, in one of COFFY’s Coordination Network Committees
• Attend at least 80% of Coordination Network Meetings
• Attend at least one quarterly workshop and one semi-annual seminar

• Foster good will for COFFY by sharing resources and information pertinent to achievement of goals and objectives

Our Mission:To maintain and strengthen the core network of community organizations that provide opportunities in the healthy development of families and youth which in turn leads to a more positive transformation of the City of Gary
Proposed New Mission
To build an active network that strengthens community organizations which provide opportunities for the healthy development of families and youth in the City of Gary.

assistance regarding capacity building• Authored three significant grant applications• Created network of pro-active organizations
