Gary came to McGraw Commercial Proper-ties with over 45 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has extensive knowledge of Fannie Mae, Fred-die Mac, Bank, Insurance and Institutional Financing. He has investment experience across the CRE spectrum including Multi-family, Office, Retail and Industrial. During his time, Gary has worked with many of the top investment groups and property owners in the nation successfully complet-ing over $1 Billion in transactions. He has been recognized numerous times winning multiple awards for both Apartment Sale of the Year and Deal of the Year.

Carey joined McGraw Commercial Prop-erties in 2014 after 6 years in residential construction and development. During his tenure, he has successfully complet-ed transactions in Multi-tenant Retail, Of-fice, Sale-lease back evaluations, 1031 Exchanges and Multifamily. Specializing in Multifamily and Investment Sales, Carey has worked on transactions and evalua-tions totaling more than $200 Million.

Ryan started in Commercial Real Estate in 2016 after 15 years in restaurant in-vestment and development. He joined McGraw Commercial Properties in 2018 bringing with him an extensive knowledge of multifamily markets and analysis. Ryan has worked with some of the top local and national investors in the market success-fully completing several multi-million dollar transactions.
