Step 1 - Register

Here you can see pending waiter and checks calls and respond to themBy clicking the icon

Here are all of the restaurants tables by name. you can click on a table to see its details and make orders

Step 2 – answer a pending waiter and check call

You can see pending calls always on the side bar, or in your main page next to the table making the call

If you handled this call, you can clear it from the side bar by hovering on it and clicking “call responded”

Step 2 – answering a check callYou can see pending check calls always on your main page (“Live”) or by clicking on a table that requested check.

Once you’ve delivered the check to the table click the icon to remove this call

Step 3 – forwarding an orderIn you main page you can see how many unforwarded orders there are for each table

To forward an order to the kitchen click on the table you want to forward its order

Step 3 – forwarding an order

Prepare the kitchen slip with this order and them click “forward order” this means that you placed the order to the kitchen

Step 4 – clear a table

When the diners at this table finish their meal, you must “clean” the table. This will delete all open waiter and check calls and unforwarded orders.To clean a table, click it from you main page (“Live”) and Simply click on “clean table”

Step 5 – make an order

1) In the main menu choose the table you want to take its order

2) Click “check in as table XXX”

1) Select the dish you want and click on it2) Enter details regarding you order: quantity,

special requests (dressing aside) and you name (not mandatori)

3) Some dishes have extras to go with them. You can choose to add them or not. The extra charge is also written

4) You can view your order by clicking on “order” link in the main toolbar

Step 5 – make an order

• You are not done yet! You still have to forward the order to the kitchen as described in step 3.

• Also, when this table had finished it’s meal don’t forget to clean the table as described in step 4

The main toolbar

If you get lost, you can always go back to your main page by clicking “Live”. This will take you to your main pageYou can also go back to the apps main page by clicking the “home” button
