Promotion through the ranks is achieved through your personal and team efforts.
As you advance through the ranks, you receive increasing benefits within the compensation plan.
You must meet the qualification requirements for each rank to be paid at that rank.
For example, to become an IBO Coordinator, you must have 1 personally sponsored member and 2 sales to personally sponsored members.

POWERBREAK BONUS POOL -DETERMINING THE TOTAL POOL VALUE
The unpaid Levels Based Commissions are totalled and form the basis for the PowerBreak Bonus Pool.
For Example:
• The total 2nd,3rd, 4th and 5th level commissions for all IBO Affiliates is $100,000.• The total 3rd, 4th and 5th level commissions for all IBO Coordinators is $75,000.
• The total 4th and 5th level commissions for all IBO Managers is $50,000.
• The total 5th level commissions for all IBO Directors is $25,000.
The unpaid Levels Based Commissions are totalled and form the basis for the PowerBreak Bonus Pool.
For Example:
$100,000 + $75,000 + $50,000 + $25,000 = $250,000
The total value of the PowerBreak Bonus for this commission period would be:

The total number of shares is then divided into the total pool value in order to determine a per share value. In our example, $250,000 divided by 650 shares would equal $384.61 per share.
