A Brief Introduction

The words ‘Sahaja’ and ‘Yoga’ are derived from ‘Sanskrit’

‘Sahaja’ - simple; ‘Yoga’ - union or a state of spiritualabsorption

Was introduced by Shree Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970.
