Student Life Leaders Learning Outcomes The Student Life Office will provide all student leaders at BHC with opportunities to develop core leadership competencies through their roles as Student Leadership Council Senators, Student Ambassadors, employees (student workers and work study students, interns, and volunteers. We believe these competencies will prepare our students to become transformational leaders, empowered to create positive change on this campus and in their local, national, and global communities.
